ODM Group was formally established in the year 2003 to assemble the brand names operating under ODM into a single conglomerate. ODM Group consists of the following entities ODM Education Foundation, Barada Vinayak Trust, OAL Educare Pvt. Ltd, Institute of Human Excellence, and Utkal Prativa. The mentioned entities also represent several established brands, and few operate independently to deliver the intended services.
Founded in 1989, ODM Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the educational experience for students. The entity comprises Odisha’s No.1 CBSE School – ODM Public School, the student trusted business management study wing – ODM Business School, and the flagship modern school with international repute – ODM Global School. Committed to transforming lives, Barada Vinayak Trust operates the Healthville brand, which is Eastern India’s No.1 Nature Care Wellness Centre offering naturopathy, ayurvedic, yoga, and a range of other nature cure services. The OAL Educare Pvt. Ltd. serves two more education institution names; ODM Kids World and exclusive ownership of Bhubaneswar and Kolkata branch of Resonance.
Institute of Human Excellence (IHE) offers a new-age state-of-the-art vocational and skill development training centre that carves a niche for itself in providing skill-based education to its participants. Participants include students of the school, corporate employees and the unemployed mass from the socio-economic backward places. Utkal Prativa is a fortnightly publication started in 2014 and operating under ODM Group. The aim & objective of the publication is to deliver information about current global events on issues of social, economic, political, cultural and technological importance through news, articles and advertisements.
