Eligibility Criteria for the ODM Sports Scholarship Program

Age Criteria:
  • Born between January 1, 2010, and December 31, 2015 (U-12, U-13, U-15).
  • Must not be born before January 1, 2010, and not after December 31, 2015.
Gender Criteria:
  • Open for both boys and girls.
Achievement Criteria:
  • District, state, or national-level representation or individual ranking in State & Nationals will be given weightage.
  • Shortlisted candidates must attend trials at ODM for an independent review and documentation cross-checking.
  • Weightage will be given to underprivileged top talents of Odisha and Jharkhand.
Sports Covered:
  • For Ranchi: Football, Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Shooting, Badminton, Swimming
  • For Bhubaneswar: Football, Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Swimming
Selection Process:
  • Application through online and offline forms with a fee of INR 300
  • Submission of documents, including schooling proofs, achievement certificates, etc.
Appearing for trials on designated dates
  • 18th to 19th January, At ODM Global School, Bhubaneswar
  • 11th to 12th Jan 2025, At ODM Sapphire Global School, Ranch
  • Assessment of athletic prowess, technical abilities, tactical skills, and mental aptitude through expert evaluation.
  • A small written test was followed by one round of interviews to evaluate basic aptitude and understanding.
  • Submission of medical test reports, signed and stamped by a qualified doctor, post-examining the kid.
